IH 35 north exit 123 stay on access road turn right next to Hooters which is Luciano Flores go to stop sign property is in front of you on left. by my sign there is a drove gate for access to this side of the property just wired closed. Main gate you turn left on Cape road and go just past pond to turn into Gate. Fyi bring a truck its not car friendly.
Make sure to close gate every time.
